What’s your Refund Policy?
Full Refunds: Attendees can request a full refund up to 30 days before the event date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Partial Refunds: If you cancel between 29 to 2 days before the event, a 80% refund will be granted.
No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 2 days or less before the event, or in cases of no-shows.
Event Postponement or Cancellation: If Drive Passions needs to postpone or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please inform us at least 3 days prior to the event for a seamless transfer process.
